KEITH TERRY
Keith Terry is the chief executive officer of 3041 NORTH. With over 25 years of experience maximizing the value of assets, including real estate and various businesses, he serves as the foundation of 3041 NORTH, and the brains behind its business ventures.
By providing effective operational expertise, leveraging technology to mitigate operating costs and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, Keith leads the staff with ease.

SERENA TERRY
Serena Terry has always been the life of the party. Before she was planning extravagant weddings at 3041 NORTH, she was cleaning her family’s houses for fun. “You can’t decorate if the house isn’t clean,” she would say. Since she was six years old, she has always had the desire to style. She would host imaginary parties and events. Serena has an imaginative eye, and a passion for perfection.
In 2016, she seriously began to work with Keith Terry, owner of 3041 NORTH. At the time, Keith’s business was doing well, but Serena looked to specialize in private parties and events. The two connected and have been designing and styling as their careers ever since. In addition, she is a certified event planner who constantly engages with various avenues that improve her professional expertise. She has taken numerous courses offered by reputable wedding professionals.
From using multi-colored linens and extravagant candelabras, to coordinating their in-house kitchen staff and floral arrangements, 3041 NORTH never repeats the same wedding twice!!!
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
MARANDA NDIKA
Maranda Ndika is also a certified wedding and event planner, and she works with Serena Terry to plan and manage ceremonies at 3041 North Event Centre. She is also in the process of obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications and Digital Marketing, a process which has helped her develop into an extremely effective communicator.
