Q: What styles of catering does K&S Events Offer?
A:
We offer buffet-style, fully served sit-down, and semi sit-down. A buffet-style is when guests walk to get their food from a buffet of food. A fully served sit-down includes waitstaff bringing the food to the guests table. And lastly a semi sit-down is when staff serves the food from a station and guests walk in line to receive food. 


Q: What can I expect the process to be like when I book a wedding?
A:
To make this experience stress free for you, it is important that we meet at least three times before the wedding day. 

  1. Initial Consultation: This is where the first “get to know you” happens! We will discuss the visions for your big day and everything you want included.

  2. Tasting: During this session you will be tasting cake flavor, or menu options depending on which package you book. 

  3. Final Meeting: A week before the big day we will meet to discuss final details. This is to make sure the wedding timeline and preparations are set to go. 

Q: When is the deadline for menu selections, guest count, & payment?
A:
During the second meeting (see question above) the cake and menu selections will be finalized along with the guest count. Payments for weddings are due 30 days prior to your event date. For any event arranged in less than 30 days, full payment is due at contract signing. 

Q: Can K & S Catering provide meal selections with dietary needs?
A:
Yes we can! Please let us know about your dietary choices during the Tasting Meeting.

Q: Are there any hidden costs with K & S Events?
A:
The contract outlines ALL expenses and charges from K & S Events. 

Q: How do I reserve an event date with K & S Events?
A:
To book a date with K & S Events, a 15% deposit of the proposed bill is required to reserve the date. Please contact our Event Planners at (414) 810-3131 to check availability and schedule an in person consultation. 

Q: What forms of pay do you accept?
A:
We accept cash, check, or credit card for payment.

Q: How will K & S staff be dressed?
A:
The staff are required to wear black dress pants with a white or black 3041 North Oxford.

Q: Does K & S Events rent tables & chairs or do I need to do that on my own?
A:
For any event that is booked with us, standard tables and chairs are included.

Q: Does K & S Events arrange tables, chairs, and linens?
A:
Yes, from start to finish, the K & S staff arranges and prepares tables, chairs, and linens according to the wedding layout.
